The bikes are great. We love the two styles we ordered and they seem well made. We did have some issues with the shipping, as the bikes were supposed to be shipped to the Torrance facility and assembled there, then we were supposed to pick them up after assembly was completed. However, the bikes were shipped directly to our home unassembled. In my opinion, the instructions included were a bit too generic (we had a number of accessories), so it's a good thing I'm very mechanical or it would have been a pain to assemble. Also, we received an email about one week 'after' receiving the bikes stating that the bikes had just shipped, so that was little confusing. I called the company to confirm they were not shipping two additional bikes.

I LOVE THE BIKE!!!! I bought the Chief Lady 7 speed customized and it is AMAZEBALLS!!! It is not only gorgeous but it rides perfectly. It was easy to put together...well for my husband to put together for me. I did receive the wrong seat and grips but I gave them a call and they sent the correct ones right out to me...so not only is the bike quality the customer service is as well!!

So far, so great! Your website is easy and nicely done. It was easy to order and so far your timelines have been accurate. Order shipped in 7 days and is expected to arrive in two. Hopefully the bike looks great with all the correct parts

The bike was delivered with a ding on the fender. The way it was packaged it couldn’t have happened during shipping which means someone did t look it over before boxing it up. Of course I would have to pack it all back up to return it and it’s not worth the fuss given it was a birthday gift and I didnt have time to return it.

Ordered bike and accessories on August 4, 2018. Didn't receive back rack until August 24, 2018, with much prodding. But, they shipped an adaptor for rack for free ($5.99 value which I did not know was needed). So this is why the average review with some friction. Overall, the bicycle is superb and I enjoy it daily.

The website was not functioning properly, and they don't answer the phone or return your voicemail or emails. I was finally able to reach someone through their Facebook page. That person was very helpful and got my order straightened out.
