Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

Bike is so pretty and staff was really helpful. People ask me about bike all the time. I love my bike😍

Awesome! Definitely as described and better !!!

Love these bikes!

Would have been five stars, BUT, two rear view mirrors were offered in accessories and I was shipped the opposite to the one I wanted.

Poor customer service. Anne did not respond to emails sent over a 3-4 week period regarding a bent sprocket. I finally said I’d fix it on my own. She offered to pay, I declined, too little too late.
