Pretty decent bike for the price. Only complaint and it’s a small on is the fit and finish of the decals could be a bit better.

I really put off this review for quite some time because...... I haven't received my bicycle?! Since they said that it's the last they contact for a review I decided to do it since they estimate 6-10 days before shipping on custom orders. It's been 2 weeks. I've reached a few times and have received almost automated responses about my bicycle. I bought it for a summer bike and am hoping it comes in time for summer. So far my experience has not been great. Well see when and if I get my bike.

Everything I expected. Bike is great

I am very pleased with my bike, it is very heavy duty. I was very disappointed to find that the back bike rack I chose through the Firmstrong customizer cannot be attached without an adapter. After chatting online on the Firmstrong website, I was linked to the adapter that is not available.

I was scouring Craigslist for a deal on a Schwinn Cruiser, but ended up purchasing an Urban Man cruiser via the Firmstrong website when I realized I could get something new, lighter and customized to my needs for a few dollars more. Went with the single speed in chrome with decals removed. The purchase process was easy and price was right. I love the way it looks and rides, and it's extremely comfortable. The assembly process was simple, even for me, and I'm not good at that stuff.

Loved my bike so much we bought another for my husband. Had a problem with a front wheel bearing and the customer service was AWESOME! We even received an email response on a Sunday, and they were very flexible in getting our issue fixed with a solution that worked for us! This type of service is rare these days and it is certainly appreciated! Thanks! 😊🚲
