Firmstrong BikesReviews of firmstrong.com

Little issue with shipping address. Company reached out and fixed it. Well done. Will order again from them.

I recently purchased a Firmstrong Chief 3 Speed - Men's 26" Beach Cruiser Bike. I am very pleased with the bike. I felt that the assembly instructions could have been a bit more detailed, and clearly presented. I purchased a bike with fenders, and a back rack. The online videos of fender assembly were helpful, but I was not able to find one for the back rack, which would have been helpful. I have the rack on the bike, but it clearly is not horizontally level over the fender, which means I did something wrong, and need to re-assemble. The instructions for the back rack were pitiful and not helpful at all, which is why I gave a 4 star rating.

Haven’t received order and haven’t heard from anyone as to why

Great product, beautiful color. It was super easy to put together. Would buy again!!!!

Great customer service and fabulous cruiser, just what I’ve been looking for.

The directions for the bike were very vague did not include model that I had purchased, pedals on bike not that good cheap, seat for bike was bent. If I had done more research on the bike I belive would have purchased from another manufacture.

This purchasing experience was fun and fruitful. We love the bikes and deciding on all the options was actually enjoyable. The website offered a friendly user interface and very useful photos as we “built” our bikes online. The bikes are built with quality and just feel sturdy despite the easy-going appearance they present. We had a few issues upon delivery, a paint nick and a missing basket liner, but one call solved it AND WITH KIND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand shipping mistakes, they happen, but how wonderfully unusual to not be doubted, rebuffed or otherwise made to fight for resolution. I would buy from Firmstrong without the slightest hesitation.

Best bike!! It is a solid sturdy bike but still light weight. Smooth to ride and the colours are unique. I get compliments every time I am out riding. Easy to ship to Canada. I received the bike in 2 days with no hassle. It was so easy to order the bike and I had to contact customer service regarding a question, they were efficient and super professional (thank you Claudia). I highly recommend Firmstrong bikes!!
