I absolutely recommend! I am really enjoying my Cruiser!

Lara (In Customer Services) helped tremendously in getting the correct wheel replacement for my cruiser that I’ve owned for over 8 years. The bike is back to it’s original fantastic form. Thank you Michael V.

Ordered “The Bruiser” for my teenage son who’s also a bruiser! Very well made, sturdy and comfortable bike. Liked it so much I ordered one for myself!

We order two bikes and both came delivered with no damage or issues packaging was awesome. The bikes are great quality and value.

I love my bicycle! My frame was back ordered; customer service did a great job keeping me informed. When the bicycle arrived, the Kroozie was missing and again, I received great customer service and my Kroozie was promptly sent.

Fantastic assistance was provided by Firmstrong when my bike was mistakenly shipped to their facility instead of my address. I am tremendously impressed (and grateful) for the supportive and helpful attitude and actions by the Firmstrong team!

The bike still hasn’t made it. Purchased it 18 days ago
