Purchased a cruiser for my daughter that she got to customize. She absolutely loves her cruiser. The bike was sent out with the wrong color seat so we contacted Firmstrong and customer service was top notch. These guys understood the situation and they sent out the other seat and let us keep the other one. I definitely recommend Firmstrong for anyone looking for great quality bikes with incredible customer service! Thanks again Firmstrong.

The Urban Man Cruiser just looks great. Arrived all the way from Cali via FedEx on time with no damage, almost fully assembled. Only needed to do the front wheel, a few other small things, and tweak the breaks and shifter (I got the 7 speed). Email updates on the order and shipping were appreciated.

It looked like the bike I was looking for at the price range I was looking for and when it arrived I wasn't disappointed. I would rather there had been a faster shipment method but the quality was worth the extra wait.

The bike arrived quickly, and was very easy to assemble once unboxed. That was one thing I was worried about as I have no experience putting bikes together, but as long as you have the tools. It’s simple. The tricky parts of the bike have already been preassembled! So just put on the tires, seat, handle bars and your good to go. Smooth sleek cruiser design. Rides even smoother. This really is a high quality bike. I’ll definitely be purchasing more from Firmstrong and recommend them to anyone looking for a sturdy, well made beach cruiser.

Bell has great tone. I ordered another first which was useless, but this one is easy for my 3 yr old granddaughter to use and looks durable as well as shiny and bright.
