Purchased two Urban Lady 3 Speed Bikes online during Cyber Monday. I had a few questions and contacted a representative via their email and online chat. Great experience. Staff was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.

We have purchased two of this brand of bikes before and have been extremely happy with them. We decided to get cruisers for each of our kids this year for Christmas. They arrived quickly and were in great shape! Great bikes, great company!

I had to change the style of my bike before it was shipped and Firmstrong was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely order from them again!

Bought a bike on 11/18. We were charged immediately. We were emailed a request to take a satisfaction survey. That email noted that we could wait to take the survey if we hadn't received our bike yet. A week later we get a reminder to take the survey that states that additional reminders will not be sent to provide feedback. Was very frustrated to have not even a status on shipping when being asked for a satisfaction survey. I contacted Firmstrong directly. Sent the email on the weekend and got a response that evening. They provided shipping info that it had gone out 4 days prior. Received the bike 2 days after that. Initially this was a very bad review. Based on the quick response from Firmstrong and the subsequent delivery I've modified the write up and rating from 1 to 3. Initial / unrequested communication needs improvement, but in the end the customer service rep was extremely responsive and we got what we ordered.

I have purchased two cruisers in 2018. Love them both.
