Me gusta mucho esta empresa, tengo varias de sus gafas y son buenas, no pesan y van a la moda. Tengo varios modelos de sus monturas, algunas tienen cristales de sol graduadas o sin graduar y todas son muy buenas.

I was a little skeptical because of the affordability of the glasses on this website, but I am SO PLEASED with my order! I had a small hangup with my PayPal account, and payment was impeded. but they shipped my order as soon as the issue was resolved and I received them not long after. The glasses are very good quality and came with a sleeve to store them as well as a hard case and a cleaning cloth. Their customer service when resolving my payment issue was incredible. They were prompt to reply and friendly. I would definitely order from here again and would definitely recommend others to do the same. I love my glasses!

The glasses smelled horribly and I couldn't see a thing in them. I contacted the company to return them because I wasn't going to put that smelly product on my face, also the frames were much smaller than they measured online. I ask for a refund and they had the gaull to say I would get my $6 shipping amount back and I could sent the frames I paid $50 for back. I'm I'm great at math and if this isn't a scam then damn I have no idea what is then. If they are going to sell products to Americans then they need to Americanize their customer service and products! Worse company ever. Total scam!!!!

Ordered several pairs of glasses hoping at least one works out. When package was shipped, there was no tracking number. I contacted customer service, but by the time they replied, it turned out there was a problem with delivery, and package is already on the way back to sender. I paid for shipping again, and this time they gave tracking along with confirmation. When I finally received the glasses, I was stunned with quality. Lack of quality. All pastic frames were very flimsy, and temples were bent terribly, so when I put on the glasses they didn't sit straight on my nose (I have straight nose by the way). Really, none of them were wearable. I contacted firmoo, and they suggested that I either fix them myself or take it to a glasses repair. Great advice. I tried to straighten them myself, but there's not much you can do with cheap thin plastic, and insisted on refund. I even took a picture of their warped glasses compared to my other normal glasses that I had for a few years, to show difference. They admitted product was defective and offered store credit.What a joke. I still asked for refund, but they said since lens were ok, they will only refund cost of the frames. And of course I had to pay return shipping. As a result, after a month of headache I was without glasses and without money. The worst buying experience ever.

My feeling with Firmoo is a kind of mixture. My first online glasses order is with Firmoo, I am not 100% happy, but more than acceptable. But after I order from other online stores, I need to say that others are not as good as Firmoo, that is why by now I am pretty happy with Firmoo, both in quality, price and service. Will tell friends, and my self will also come back for future orders.

I ordered a pair in July, receiving the package in about 13 days, pretty acceptable for the shipping. But when I opened the package, the glasses made me totally dizzy. Oh my God, what glasses I have ordered! I contacted Firmoo, they replied, and finally found the problem was that I input the left RX in the right eye, and right RX in the left. Though it is my problem, Firmoo re-fit the lenses, and resend to me with faster courier, which I receive in 5 days. I love Firmoo's A+ service. Will definitely buy from Firmoo and will recommend to friends.
