Firmoo is just perfect. They variety of frames and add ons is great they are super affordable, even with my high prescription I got an amazing deal. You can also see exactly how they are going to look when you get them and I got them within a week from ordering. Never buying anywhere else again.

They have a fantastic attitude about customer service. One pair I ordered with color-changing lenses didn't meet my needs (they didn't change in time for me to use them on my commute) and they sent me pair of full sunglasses for free! The prices are great, and the website is easy to use. Double thumbs up!

they offer free 1st time glasses - but you thru 1 hr. setting it up - and voila; they charge you. their website is clumsy! bad pair - no reliable customer service. but - it is cheap... however, there are others just as cheap and actually deliver!!!

Hi keny2b, Did you order upgraded lenses for the first free pair? We've stated ( on http://www.firmoo.com/free-glasses.html ) that the free pair only includes 1.50 index standard lenses and customers need to pay shipping and upgraded lenses. You may email your order # and the problem with the glasses to [email protected], we'll try to fix it for you.

I have order two times on Firmoo. And I'm very satisfied. First it was glasses with prescription, the second it was sunglasses with prescription too. It takes 1 month to arrived but it cames. In proper bags, with a cleaners and some kind of keys to fix your glasses. Firmoo it´s trustable.

Am very happy with my first pair of glasses that I bought on line. I plan to order more in the future. I love the prices. I received my compliments. Also, I passed on your web sight. I can't believe the mark up from other companies. You differently have my business. One happy customer!

It is the second time that I collaborate with Firmoo and once again the service has been great. I live in the Canary Islands and although orders usually take many days, I have come to Firmoo pretty fast. The package arrived to me in perfect shape, sunglasses and two gift boxes. Love the sunglasses and definitely give them a lot of use this summer.
