FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Good service, fast shipping, good quality glasses. I totally recommend firmoo to everyone who are looking for cheapish and stylish glasses! :) Will definitely order from firmoo again.

My son's dog ate my glasses a week ago. Since then, I have been relying only upon contact lenses. After REPEATED calls and e-mails with requests for assistance, I finally received an unhelpful email asking what I needed help with. I responded and have never heard back. I even called the phone number and left a detailed message explaining my dilemma that my eyes were Roth from contacts and I need glasses ASAP. I cannot afford to pay for them through an optometrist office because of Christmas and lack of budget. Firmoo customer service does not exist. If you are in a hurry definitely do not use this service

I have recommended this company to everyone I know. Their prices are amazing and their service is excellent.

the shipping was very fast, the customer service is amazing, and my glasses are so cute!! This company is the best, I won't buy glasses anywhere else!

I was thrilled to have found an affordable eyeglass business online. I was, of course, a bit apprehensive about purchasing such an exact thing as eye wear from an online company. However, I gave it a go and in no time I had the glasses I ordered. They seemed too large for my face and I was unsatisfied with the thickness of the lenses. I contacted the company and was Very surprised at their response. I was offered a different pair of glasses that cost the same as the ones I ordered and just had to pay for the new lenses which, by the way, are more to my liking. The new glasses fit me much better. And even though I have very bad eyes and a complicated prescription, Firmoo was able to get me exactly what I needed and I have perfect vision with their eye wear. I spent 8 months trying to get my local company to get me glasses I could see out of properly - but to no avail. Thank You Firmoo for finally getting me attractive glasses I can actually see out of!! Awesome Job. A Very Satisfied Customer!

Honestly the best and fastest customer service I have dealt with. I originally ordered 1 pair of glasses on cyber Monday thinking my second one was in there and they made the changes necessary and sent it out fast! Then UPS left my package at the door and when I came home 5 hours later it was gone. Extremely upset because I was hoping the pair of glasses I got weren't sold out. I contacted Firmoo and the next morning they got all the details and immediately sent out my same order, which I just received. Will do business with then again!
