Customer service is excellent at Firmoo. I had many questions since my prescription is pretty strong and wanted to know which frames would fit my lenses. The customer service reps responded very quickly and advised me the whole way through. My frames came quickly and in great condition.

To my surprise the glasses were nicely packaged and good quality. I kid you not my glasses under 30 bucks were clearer lens then my glasses I just got over 200 bucks. I am sold on using this site and referring others. I have received many compliments. I am a happy customer.

Firmoo customer service is honestly unmatched. First of all the selection of glasses is amazing, then on top of that the team members always update you on the status of your order via emails. I accidentally ordered the wrong frames and the Firmoo team went above and beyond to help me out.
