I received glasses I ordered but they were way, way too big. I wasn't able to contact Firmoo in the time frame to exchange or return them since my neighbor received the package by mistake. I contacted Firmoo and they immediately wrote back and asked that I just send them the specifics of a new pair of glasses and they'd make those and send them out, and that I didn't even need to return the other pair. SO GREAT!

I honestly have a great time corresponding with Firmoo and the excellent and fast service they gave me. They answered all my questions within a fast time frame, and my first pair of free glasses came in a week including processing time ( super fast service ! ). Furthermore, I requested to return my first pair because I was hesitant between two different pairs initially and I finally decided that I preferred another paired. I explained the situation and they responded quickly to my request and offered to send me the second pair of glasses with no additional charges or shipping fees, and no need for me to even return my first pair at my expense and time. It was the first time I received such great service from an online shop !

The glasses i ordered from firmoo are the best the frames i got I was a little hesitant to get them when they got here wow that's right well make i could not believe it living on a fixed income i could get such good quality glasses the lens and frames are better than the glasses i got here

What a great service! I had questions with my order when it was arrived and someone respond me very quickly by email the same day to make sure that everything is ok with my interrogations. My order arrived extremely fast! When I received my two eyeglasses, the quality was so perfect and the color too! It's match exactly like the photo on the site. Seriously the quality is very perfect and the price is great too! I will not paid 300$ anymore for an eyeglasse in another store because I know now that their eyeglasses in firmoo are the same quality! I will order again for sure! Thanks again!

The glasses I bought were EXCEPTIONAL. The fit of the frame where firm and stable. Even though my prescription was hard for me to interpret, they were still able to get the prescription correct. The prices are amazing, and customer services is fantastic! Firmoo is truly the best!
