Firmoo has great customer service and a wide range of glasses to choose from. It could be a little difficult ordering online because you cannot try on the pair of glasses prior to purchase. I bought a pair that didn't quite work out, but their top-notch customer service representative resolved the issue for me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Firmoo to my friends!

I've now used Firmoo 3 times, I and my family have very strong prescriptions and other sites simply refused to serve us. Firmoo with every order have gone out of their way to try and help with any request and have always done it quickly and politely. I would not hesitate to recommend them and say if you have questions or have very strong prescriptions like us, go talk to them!

Great glasses but don't buy if your in a hurry. I've ordered like 6 pairs of glasses from this site, and learned, they really take forever, like a month or more!

When I received my first order, the frame was too big for my face. I knew I was not going to wear them. So I wrote an email to Firmoo if I could get a refund or exchange them, and right away I was told there was no problem exchanging them. The frame cost $ 30 so they told me they would give me a credit for that amount on a new frame. I chose another model, this one was $ 4 less than the previous one. However I wanted to add the anti reflective (which I had forgotten on my first order), this one costs $ 4.95. The lady told me that they would make my new glasses for free, without extra charge and shipping cost. Also, I didn't need to return the glasses that I was dissatisfied with. This saved me from paying the delivery back. The service was prompt and excellent. In addition, delivery is fast. I recommend this company to anyone.

A couple of friends recommended Firmoo.com to buy prescription glasses for a good price. I ordered 2 Rx glasses that were 'buy one get one free' with the addition of paying for the type of lenses you wanted. The website was easy to navigate and order with tons of styles to choose from. Waited for my glasses to arrive constantly checking the tracking info because I was so excited for them. Firmoo used a Chinese tracking company so some parts of the website I couldn't understand. After a couple of weeks, the tracking website said that the glasses were delivered (and signed for), but I didn't get them. I really needed to have my glasses by a certain date for a convention I was going to within the next week. So I emailed the company and got a quick response saying that my glasses were sent back to them. They apologized and re-shipped my glasses order with express shipping and I received it a few days later (shipped to Hawaii). Overall, I am happy with my new glasses and with the customer service from Firmoo! Even though there was a slight issue with shipping, I would still order from them again because the glasses are so cute!

Really nice glasses!! Super light, thin and chick! Packaging was great and definitely was not expecting to get the case, cleaner, repair kid nor bag!! That was a total surprise! Will definitely buy again from this website!
