Can't be the price and quality. I bought a pair at Target and the quality sucked and the price was through the roof.

I'm so pleased with not only my purchases, but also the prompt customer service! This company truly cares about making us as customers happy! I've made 2 purchases & the second one came with "not the normal" hard case.... I expressed my unhappiness & they were on it! I've been in contact 4 times via email & it was nothng but great customer satisfaction, top of the line customer service! It wasn't a big deal, but they wanted to make things just right! I had bought 2 pairs of glasses and got very fast assistance as I needed! They really do work hard to help ensure that the customers are satasified with there services, product, and purchase! Just received my glasses yesterday. First time I have attempted to order glasses online. I'm new to wearing glasses again after a 35 year break. I really do like these. Much more than the pair I just got from the Optometrist's office a few weeks ago. Those cost $250.00 by the way (covered by insurance.) These are much lighter and more comfortable. They don't have the adjustable nose pads which I hate so much. The prescription is accurate. All around I'm very pleased so far. This was a free pair offered to first time buyers. I upgraded the lenses and added several of the various coatings and I still only paid $35.75 including shipping charges. I will definitely use Firmoo.com again when the need arises.

So....I submitted the wrong subscription by putting a (+), instead of (-). The glasses came and they were cute, but not my prescription. A lady named Lynn assisted me and they did a free exchange once I confirmed my prescription! Thanks Firmoo! You can have all my business! ❤

The glasses were great, except one glasses was little crooked. I left a review complaining about it, though it was nothing major. The next day, firmoo contacted me and asked me if I wanted a new pair or 50% off my next order. Fast shipping, great product and customer service. 10/10 would recommend, and would order again.

Firmoo is completely amazing. I love the frames I got, the shipping was pretty fast(I only paid for standard shipping and it was still fast), and it was all affordable as well. They also got my prescription perfect, which is a huge plus. Also, their customer service is wonderful. One of the frames I got, (which was a slightly round pair) had the lens sitting a little crooked in the frame on one side and warped the frame a little, which made them look a little lopsided because the other side was perfectly shaped. I had emailed them and asked how to get the screw out of the side of the metal frame so I could just fix the problem myself, I just couldn't get the screw out no matter how hard I tried. They ended up just offering to send me a new pair for free! They blew my expectations away, the quality of all the glasses I purchased was wonderful, other than the 1 mishap which they definitely remedied. I will definitely be buying again because of how great all the styles are, how affordable they are, and the fact that I love to change up my style. Firmoo makes that super easy to do, and they have many really unique styles too, which I love. You'll definitely find at least a few styles that will be perfect for you. They also have nonprescription glasses, and sunglasses too!
