FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

Dear Lynn and Firmoo; So unexpected and kind of you! Why would I shop anywhere else with customer service like I have had from you from beginning to the end. I've never experienced a company like yours in 56 years. I so look forward to my next glasses and even more the ones I, my family and friends will buy from you in the future. I will be telling everyone I know about your outstanding customer service.....In fact it has already begun! I will rave and rave about you! I am officially IMPRESSED! Thank you so very much! Kim M.

I am a disabled guy living on a very fixed income. I had not had an eyeglasses Rx update in 11 years. I recently had saved enough money for a co-pay to visit my eye doctor, who gave me a new Rx. I was unsure how much longer I'd have to save up to buy a pair of glasses. Well low, and behold, my wife came across Firmoo on the 'net.I could not believe how affordable Firmoo is, I did not even have to save anymore money to order. We ordered a pair of galsses in a very nice style. The cost was less than $50.00 ! Firmoo keep me updated with emails on the progress of filling my order, & shipping. My glasses arrived Thursday Feb.16th. For the first time in years I could actually see clearly. Not only did Firmoo send my glasses, they also gave me a nice case, cleaning cloth, a pouch, and even a tool & repair kit. I am not emotional, but I cried tears of joy at being able to really see well. I owe this all to Firmoo! I cannot thank you enough.

So first, I got a code for a free pair of glasses by signing up with email, but I didn't know there was an expiration date! So I emailed them and they kindly told me to let them know when I was going to order a free pair so they could extend it. Bam. Great customer service. Second, I ordered two pairs of glasses (but 1 get 1 free) but they ended up being small on my face, so I emailed them so I could return them and order new ones. They emailed me back saying to keep my current pairs as back up and gave me a $30 voucher code for a new pair. They're the best, they're kind and generous. Only positive experiences so far!

Quality eyeglasses, fast turn around. Great customer service.

Great service! Great product! Great experience! I bought several pair already and will buy more soon.

I love the glasses and the fit but the tint that I ordered was too light. Firmoo said to keep the glasses for a backup pair and they would send me a new pair with the darker tint that I wanted for FREE! These glasses are inexpensive, stylish and the perfect fit for me! They are the best glasses that I ever had! THANK YOU FIRMOO!

Prompt response time by customer service representatives

I ordered a pair of glasses and sunglasses off of this website. I've seen a lot of good reviews on Firmoo glasses and I was very happy with mine. I had a small discrepancy with one of the pairs I ordered and asked customer service to help me out and they did in a prompt and very friendly and professional fashion. They have affordable and amazing glasses that are quality and I get compliments on the sunglasses I received from them. I totally 100% recommend them and they always have coupons and promotions going on! Very nice to have cute glasses at an affordable price! A+ Firmoo!
