I have now purchased 8 frames from Firmoo - prescription glasses for distance and prescription sun glasses, I am a very satisfied customer. Glasses are so affordable, excellent quality with so many to choose from. Customer service is amazing. Glasses arrive very quickly. I strongly recommend Firmoo :-)

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Firmoo. I messed up on my prescription. When I emailed Firmoo and told them what happened, they were willing to help me. They replaced my glasses for free. I now have glasses that I can see out of and that look great on me! I'm definitely getting new glasses from here again!! I have already told my friends about this website and they absolutely love it!

I was a little bummed at first that my glasses had broke just a while after getting them. I've been getting my glasses from firmoo for the past 4 years and was surprised that they snapped. it could have been my fault, but I let them know and they immediately sent me a free replacement! Firmoo is seriously the best, thank you so much for the phenomenal customer service. I'll keep on telling others about you :-)

Good customer service! They were able to help me out when I entered my prescription wrong. They sent me a new one and didn't charge me anything. So far no problems with the glasses! Great but affordable!

I wasn't satisfied with my initial order because the two pairs of glasses that I had chosen did not suit me (that's the downside of ordering anything remotely; it's often hit or miss. Although...I was also a little ambitious). Subsequently, I emailed Firmoo Support to return the one I deemed the worst, and exchange the other for the same frame in a different color. After getting in contact with Lynn and having a few days to contemplate because of their factory's Spring Festival holiday, I ended up exchanging both pairs for two completely different ones at no extra charge- which is so amazing of them because my lenses actually need to be custom-made. I am very grateful for Lynn and Firmoo's excellent service, and will definitely purchase my future glasses through them again.

When I received my glasses I had a little problem with my graduation, then I wrote to customer service and they solved my problem so easily. They're going to send me a pair of glasses with my correct graduation. They are a wonderful company, with so good customer service. Of course, I'll recommend that site to all my friends.
