I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! However, this company was so wonderful and professional that I felt I owed it to them. I've actually been purchasing from a competing online glasses store for a while. After some research, I decided to give firmoo a try. I was skeptical but they have wonderful prices so I went ahead and placed an order. I ordered sunglasses and just regular RX glasses. I was really surprised that they were able to accommodate my RX for sunglasses because the other company I used before was not able to. Anyway, I placed the order. I received my glasses honestly in a week! I was so excited because both pairs were BEAUTIFUL! Sadly, I made an error while inputting my RX and the left lens was not correct. (Check you RX 3x before submitting!!!) I contacted Firmoo immediately. They replaced my glasses with no hassle and I received my new set about a week and a half later. Just paid shipping. RX was spot on. Sunglasses are cute and I really couldn't be any happier. Worth the money. Frame quality is great. Another thing - the lens quality is much nicer than that of other similar companies. I noticed that other lenses smudge, grease up, and get dinged easily. These are honestly high quality. you can't go wrong with firmoo and if you're careless like myself, their customer service makes up for it! Lol lifetime customer for sure!

I purchased my glasses from Firmoo in the style S8841 and colour C200 which was the clear frame. My total was $30.80 which covered special lenses and shipping. It was purchased on 03/17/2017 and delivered 04/11/2017 to the U.S. which was a period of 3 1/2 weeks. These frames are impeccable quality, my prescription was correct and I continuously receive compliments each time I wear them. They even send you follow up e mail 3 months after on properly maintaining your frames and lenses for longevity. i highly recommend Firmoo, you won't regret purchasing from them.
