Good Customer service. They went beyond there jobs

I happened to mention that a pair of glasses weren't the fit I was expecting, merely an observation rather than a complaint. The next thing I know I'm being offered a coupon to replace them. A really kind gesture that's much appreciated. I can't be more happy with the service that I get every time from Firmoo.

I cannot complain: the choice of frames is great and up to date, easy to try on with a picture of yourself, and no difficulties to enter your prescriptions on your account when necessary. The customer service is great. My glasses were broken a couple of months after I ordered them, and firmoo offered to replace them for free. They even asked if I wanted a different frame. I definitely recommend this website!

It was amazing! Customer support was astounding even after I was SLIGHTLY dissatisfied with my glasses (which says a lot about the company's employees) :) ! Other than that, the prescription, and the delivery and glasses in general were on point!

I really like this website, it made it really easy to buy glasses and even if you make a mistake like I did, the customer service is great. Kate was wonderful and very helpful, I really appreciate this sort of customer service you usually don't see in all places. Really recommend this website :)
