We all know how expensive glasses are, we all know they are such an accessory to any outfit, we all know we need them to see, most of the time. Firmoo has made it extremely affordable, convenient, efficient to do all of these things effortlessly and in a timely manner. First pair(s) ordered needed to be returned, prescription was incorrect. Jaycee had me choose another pair, keep the original order, corrected the prescription, I received new pair 7-10 days without extra charge or hassle. Jaycee is a great communicator-we are off by several hours-responses are delayed, but she gets it accomplished. We be returning

As a YouTuber, I get approached to review several products. I only accept the ones I feel would be worth my time and the time of my viewers to review. When Firmoo approached me, I hardly believed glasses under $39 would be anything but cheap. They proved me wrong and delivered a pair just as good as the ones I have under my corporate insurance. The glasses are excellent quality. As good as ones I paid over 400.00 for in town. Their customer service is great! They get back to you super soon, and address all questions asked. I got my glasses at 12:30 today. At 2:30 I went to work and by 6:30 I'd received 3 compliments on them!!! All 3 people took the website name down to order from. I plan to order ALL my glasses from now on from Firmoo! : )

A co-worker told me about Firmoo and I decided to place an order. The prices are reasonable so I decided to get a couple styles that I normally wouldn’t buy. The process on the website was simple enough. I had a question about my prescription so I scanned it and sent it to customer service. I received a reply the next day answering my question. I placed the order and the glasses arrived in about two weeks. I was alerted to my shipment being sent so I could track the glasses online. The glasses are made in China so the shipping time is longer than if you order from the US. When the padded envelope arrived it had been smashed during shipment. One of the glasses cases was flattened. Surprisingly, the glasses inside weren’t broken but the things that sit on either side of your nose were and I couldn’t get them to fit properly. I reported this to the company and a new pair was expedited and sent by priority mail. I received the new pair in about five days. I am very satisfied with the product and service. These glasses aren’t designer and you get what you pay for. For the price I paid I feel that I got a great deal. I highly recommend this company.
