Zanna was very quick and helpful when I had problems. She provided me with the best solutions. Firmoo is excellent, the glssses are so cute and fashionable yet cheap. One thing I would like to be better is the website itself. It’s a little inconsistent. I had trouble using the “try on” feature as the little box blocked me from clicking on other things. But other times I was able to move it. Also it would be better if the reviews didn’t open in a different tab

Glasses were shipped fast and customer service has been very pleasant even when there was a miscomunication between us. Although the amount of time it takes customer service to reply is almost a full day and it's kinda a long process to communicate.

This is my first time I ordered glasses on line, unfortunately I messed up the prescription, my customer service coordinator was so understanding and helpful in correcting my mistake and the reordering of my glasses! I will use Firmoo for all my glasses and my husband's glasses! Thank you Firmoo, you are the best!!!
