Their customer service is awful. I ordered four pairs of glasses and they sent me three in the wrong frames in prescription. I simply asked for express shipping to make up for the lost time on their mistake and they fought with me for days. This is the second time they messed up my order, but the last time they did it it was just the wrong color frames and I didn’t mind so much so I ignored it. I’m disappointed... and blind from months in my incorrect prescription. I would just like to see.

I bought my first pair of glasses from firmoo and I actually bought the wrong frames. I contacted firmoo and they got back to me in a couple of hours on a weekday which I was impressed by and they helped me exchange my glasses without any issues. They dispatched the glasses with my prescription quickly too which I was also very impressed by as most online stores take atleast 2 weeks. UPDATE: I bought my glasses and has been roughly 2 weeks and my glasses have broken. I am very disappointment in the quality and build. I will not be buying from this company again. It was probably why they were free.

Glasses are fantastic quality. Fast shipping. I had a prescription error (drs fault) and they were still quick to remedy the issue and send me a corrected pair :)

The first pair of glasses I ordered didn't seem to be the correct prescription, so I contacted Firmoo and received a prompt reply offering several options to fix the problem. The new pair of glasses came out great and you can't beat the price.

Best customer service I have EVER had!! I first ordered a pair of glasses that were a bit too small unfortunately. I had asked to exchange and the customer service representative told me it wouldn't be a problem and said I could still keep my old pair, but they refunded my money to buy a new one! The new pair is PERFECT and even looks like they adjusted the frames to fit my head perfectly (I advised them I had a wide face). Amazing quality, amazing customer service. Will forever recommend!!
