Firmoo is definitely the place to purchase your glasses online, I ordered my first pair 3 years ago in 2015. I purchased a new pair once again this year and the service was absolutely brilliant. Customer service really helped me with my glasses which had some issues in the ordering procedure because I had put in wrong measurements, but they helped me sort it all out without any faffle! Email response was very quick, and the problem was solved within 2 days. They really do care about making you 100% satisfied, I will definitely purchase again.

I've ordered from firmoo twice now and I have nothing but positive things to say. They offer affordable, beautiful glasses. I have ordered prescription sunglasses, regular prescription glasses and glasses with the blue lenses, all of which arrived promptly, were of good quality and worked as they should. I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them.

Ils m'ont offert un coupon pour ma perte alors j'ai pris la chance de repasser ma commande....le coupon ne couvre pas le montant que j'ai payé....J'ai commandé plusieurs paires de lunettes chez Zenni optical et j'ai toujours reçu mes lunettes en temps et très bonnes qualités Je ne suis pas riche et j,ai besoin de lunettes je commande en ligne pour économiser mais la je me suis fait avoir. I've ordered glasses off other online retailers, such as Warby Parker and EyeBuyDirect, and had amazing experiences with both. I was kind of skeptical of Firmoo and thought it would be kind of cheap, but eventually I was drawn in by the cute styles. Overall, I am very pleased as they were delivered super fast and look really sturdy. I did end up returning them and received a refund within 24 hours (which is amazing).
