Literally the only place I get my glasses! They're unique and stylish! I ALWAYS get compliments! Recently had a pair of glasses brake and Firmoo honored their Return/Exchange policy! Customer Service experience is easy, quick, and overall amazing!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Firmoo and they were delivered in a reasonable timeframe. However, I need to return a pair and their customer service sucks!!! No responses to my email for over 2 weeks now. I have called their phone number that I have and after a few rings it hangs up. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Dear customer, We are really sorry for the unhappy shopping experience. We understand this must be very frustrating if you have not received a reply from us. Our return & exchange policy guarantees our customers will get satisfactory products and services. We will never let our customers take any loss when an exchange or return products if it's Firmoo's liability. Could you please tell us your order number so that we can investigate the issue or you could LiveChat us through 5am-8pm PST ? We are looking forward to your reply! Thanks for your trust and support. We will try our best to make improvements. Sincerely, Firmoo Customer Support Team

I could not see clearly out of the glasses I purchased, so I emailed firmoo support and got an email back almost instantly. They circled my prescription where I messed up and let me know that they will take care of it and issued me a coupon for the money I paid for them. It was MY mistake, but they still took care of me. One of the best companies I have ever purchased from! So grateful!

Glasses are really nice for the price you pay. I just ordered my third pair and was concerned about the tracking information, so I emailed them and within a day I received a reply with my tracking and a explanation as to why I hadn’t received it yet. Of course, it was just me being impatient, but the response was VERY helpful. I’ve always heard good things about their customer service, and I’m happy to say that they are true.

My first time ordering with Firmoo and I was so excited when the glasses were delivered only to see I messed up our prescriptions. I submitted request with customer service and received very quick response from CSR Meliza. She resolved my issue without any problems and was very nice and professional about it. Will definitely be ordering more from Firmoo!
