Highly recommended to order at Firmoo! Great quality, prescription is perfect, very low prices. I already ordered 4 glasses and they all fit perfectly. So happy with them! Customer service is quick and helpful. Don’t hesitate it’s so fun to be able to change frames now and then.

I have purchased 2 set's of glasses, 2 for me and 2 for my son and they are better and less expensive than the one my husband paid for at his regular eye glass store. In fact for what he paid for his I could have gotten an extra pair with the 4, I already got. The quality is there. I still can't believe the price I got them for. It takes a little longer to get the glasses, around 3 weeks but it is well worth it. Thanks firmoo for keeping your pricing so affordable, I'll be ordering more soon. Sincerely, Dorothy

I actually made a mistake on my order and paid more than I should have, without realising. I was personally reached out to resolve the issue and be refunded.

This company is actually very good, they made my glasses perfect, the frames are very nice and the coatings are as well

The website is super easy to navigate. A little slow at times if you use a lot of filters, though, but that's to be expected. Excellent customer service and their tracking numbers are spot on. They helped me out when I needed to figure out my PD. In the process of exchanging an item, I will give an update when things are finalized.
