The glasses I received were exactly as ordered but for me the frames didn't suit or fit my face. I contacted their Customer Service and they were very quick to reply and generous in giving me a full credit so I could replace them. They are also great value.

Stellar service and quick response. This company takes customer satisfaction (and COVID-19 safety) very seriously. I wasn't fully satisfied with the way my blue-light glasses fit and planned to return for a refund. To my delight, customer service refunded me the cost and asked me to keep the glasses due to maintaining COVID-19 safety standards. I'm impressed with this company, and won't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Firmoo definitely surpassed my expectations. I own multiple pairs of glasses from Firmoo, they are all so much more stylish than the ones I could get at a high street optician, and they cost only a fraction of the price! And most importantly they never felt off in their prescription - I have a moderate short sightedness with astigmatism so I would imagine quite a lot of attention to detail must go into making my lenses and I never had an issue with Firmoo.
