The glass boxes are cheap now, the glasses are good quality. I had some issues with the thickness of my lens, but i’m -8.00, so. I see really well with those. I ordered about 7 glasses from firmoo by now and i’m really satisfied. The service is quick. They are nice. I give 4 stars 💜💜💜

I ordered several glasses but one pair was a bit big for my face, too low on my nose, so a bit uncomfortable to wear. I contacted Customer Service and they were so fast on answering, very kind with my problem and they offered different options for me to choose as a solution. I am very happy even if the glasses were not perfect. The other pair I ordered, I wear them everyday. Prescription is perfect!

To better describe my experience I placed an order using a recent prescription. I was a little skeptical at first; However these were going to be my spare glasses for that just incase incident/accident moment. Once they arrived and after wearing them I realized they're a better fit and the prescription somehow seems enhanced...

Prompt response, and was able to handle my return very kindly and professionally! I will definitely be buying more glasses from Firmoo! I have already told 2-3 people about it and my sister is even buying glasses from Firmoo as well. Can’t beat the price for the quality of glasses!
