The customer service provided by Firmoo (their policies for returns/exchanges and tools they provide you with to prevent those problems in the future) and the kindness of their associate Shandee was top notch. They answered my questions, gave me multiple options in order to solve my issue in a way that worked best for me, and even provided me with helpful links on where I can donate the glasses that didn’t work out for me! Usually companies that provide products for such a low price have terrible customer service (in my experience) but Firmoo has provided better customer service than any other company I’ve ever ordered from. I am beyond satisfied and impressed! They’ve even made changes to their policies to better serve people during the pandemic. This experience has been nothing but positive, these are the kind of companies that make me want to buy from them since I know they have my back!

I love my new glasses. It was very straightforward. I used my prescription but only wanted the 'near' (for reading) rather than the occupational setting. I got exactly what I asked for and I am very happy. In fact I am going to order some more!

Firmoo is my favourite place to buy glasses. Their customer support is hands down, the BEST! They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I ordered 4 pairs of glasses and unfortunately 2 of the pairs just didn’t look good on me. Within 2 hours of sending in a request to exchange the glasses, customer service rep Shandee contacted me. I was giving a coupon to get two more pairs of glasses. I was also given much needed advice to consider when choosing my new glasses. Due to covid, I didn’t have to send my unwanted glasses back. Wow! I will certainly be donating them to charity and will only shop for glasses at Firmoo from now on. Thank you Firmoo and thank you Shandee! 🤓 💕

Always sceptical about trying new online glasses places, but this site is amazing. Customer service reached out to me at every step and the shipping was FAST! Glasses are beautiful and the prescription is correct. I'll be buying more glasses for sure.
