Customer service has been superb! I ordered glasses and shortly after my prescription changed. They suggested sending credit to replace with proper lenses! It was not expected, but hugely appreciated!

I have nothing but great things to say about FIRMOO. Their customer service was exceptional when I had to exchange a pair of glasses that were too big for my 3-year-old. They sent me a coupon to use for a future pair and let me keep the oversized pair as a backup. How awesome!!! They were super quick to respond, and I felt like I was writing back and forth with a person, not a robot. Firmoo has for sure secured me as a customer! I just placed an order for myself! Really good experience with Firmoo. Fantastic selection of frames with good amount of detail with regards to the size - I prefer bigger frames - and easy enough to enter prescription and such great value! Friendly and good customer service, had a query about tracking for shipping as the DHL site was showing as having "not received from sender" a week after ordering. Customer service advised of expected delivery date via Live chat quickly and were very helpful and friendly. Received my glasses the next day. The glasses themselves are great! Very comfortable and stylish, clear vision and no issues with the prescription. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new pair of glasses - prescription or just a Blue Light filter pair.

I had an excellent experience. The rep on the live chat advised me of my size of glasses and they fit perfectly. I am still adjusting to my progressive lens. Its very difficult.

Cannot recommend Firmoo enough! I was initially suspicious because they always have coupon codes and the frames are so inexpensive, but the customer service is top notch. Though I was dissatisfied with the in person styles of some frames I ordered, customer service was easy to communicate with and gave me the proper refund for the returns. Plus buying prescription sunglasses for less than half the cost of elsewhere and having them be equal quality, I see Firmoo as a truly affordable alternative for stylish prescription glasses. Will definitely be checking back in for new frames and enjoying the sunglasses I kept!
