The best customer service ever! They were quick to respond to my queries and their return policy is hussle-free and they know how to treat a customer. This was my first order and they have worn me over I am a customer for life!

Frances was very helpful in reassuring me with the new feel of my new glasses. At first I was hesitant and wanted to return the glasses. But he made sure u knew all I needed to know about the glasses and even offered me some new solutions to the problems. He offered me a coupon and even a refund back if I wasn’t satisfied but thanks to his great advice I feel more confident with my glasses and I’m going to keep them :).

I had an issue with my original pair. Firmoo replaced them for me without any problems, I feel like they went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

CS was unsure about a prescription I sent in and messaged me to verify it was correct. They were very fast and polite with responses. They had mine and my daughters glasses ready very fast and they were shipped and delivered fast as well. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Amazing service. My glasses came with wrong prescription, I complained and asked for refund, only to realize it was my own error. I had put in the wrong prescription. They still offered to send me new glasses with correct prescription at no charge. Now that’s service!!!

I have tried a lot of glasses sites. This is the one that Im sticking with for the rest of my life!!! I have bought 4 pairs from them so far. One actually broke, outside the return window so I didn't bother reaching out. However, I recently purchased two more and one of them ended up being too small. Wanted to do a return and they responded so quickly and gave me a coupon code to order another one. They also allow you to return your glasses to a donation site, a great way to get your unused glasses to be recycled or given a second life. I love this site!!! Will recommend it to friends and family!
