Super fast! Had a problem with the prescription of the glasses and they gave me a coupon to make a new purchase. Really good costumer service and fast shipping (took me about 2 weeks to recieve each purchase).

Firmoo was super accommodating with one of my purchases. I got my glasses, and it wasn't the color that I thought it was going to look based on the pictures. I followed their return procedures via email/online and they were quick to reply. They gave me credit and said I can keep the glasses and use the credit towards another pair. I was surprised how professional, quick, and responsive they were. Very thankful for their business and I used the credit and got glasses with the color I wanted within 2-3 weeks. So quick delivery too! Amazing!

I absolutely love my glasses and especially the price!

I live in Trinidad and Tobago and it was my first time buying online. From the get go, the CSR's available online were very, very helpful. With their help, I bought 2 pairs in the Bogo sale for me and my co worker (male) wanted 2 pairs himself. We uploaded our prescription and it was received in a month. The fit perfectly, it was an affordable price and we received in good condition. My glasses were so comfortable and trendy, that I got 2 more co workers to purchase ( M and F). They received it a few days ago and they are well pleased. Thank you Firmoo for your excellent prices and you trendy, well fitted spectacles. You have a customer for life!!

Fantastic service!! Glasses shipped promptly, arrived in great condition and exactly (if not even nicer) than they appear on the website. They were a new prescription so hurt a bit when I first wore them, I was worried this was because I'd put the wrong Pupillary Distance and said this to Firmoo. Straight away they gave me a coupon to order another pair with the correct PD. In the end I got used to the new glasses so didn't need to but will 100% order again.

The glasses look better then the picture first off. Secondly they were really fast to respond about a missing package and to promise to fix it if I couldn’t find it. Just turns out my neighborhood put in a new mailbox and that’s where my glasses were.

The website is easy to navigate and it's fairly simple to choose your glasses and input your prescription, however my main issue is with the quality of the lenses. I've ordered twice now, and there's just something not right with the lenses. I double checked my prescription, and it's correct, and it's a fairly new prescription so I'm sure it's not a problem with that. The frames are also quite flimsy, and the arms are set a little too wide for my head.
