Honestly one of the best online companies for glasses. The glasses I received are great quality and the service was impeccable. I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for some new glasses. I will definitely be using the service again. The customer service agents are super friendly and professional too. I spoke to a lady called Aimee and she was absolutely lovely. Thank you again for all the great service.

Only place I get my prescription glasses!! I've been using them for years and I have never had any issues!! I love all their different styles and sizes!! Getting ready to place an order for new prescription sunglasses!! My go to spot!! Definitely the place to go and I pay more then half what I would at my eye dr!!

My experience with Firmoo was lovely. The initial pair of glasses I got with my prescription in broke randomly and I reported it immediately to customer service, expecting a response on the next weekday as it happened on the weekend. Instead, less than 1 hour after I reported it, I received a response from a Customer service rep, Karen, who was so kind and at the end of it all, Firmoo replaced it for me free of charge including shipping. I was super shocked, and definitely a huge Firmoo fan now. I love my new pair of glasses by the way! ☺️

I have ordered 7 pair of glasses from firmoo, and I love them all! They are great quality, but so affordable! The company has been wonderful to work with and I will order many more pair of glasses from them! I can afford to order 3 or 4 pair for the same price as one pair locally. A+
