We thought we had an issue with the prescription glasses we received and we asked for a refund. They were more than happy to do this for us but asked us to double check the prescription for them. I entered it WRONG! They were VERY friendly, professional, and helpful. We had the glasses replaced VERY quickly and since I had finally put the information in correctly the vision was just as it should have been. The glasses are awesome as well. Truly great customer service. I will be recommending this company to anyone that asks for referrals, as well as sharing my great experience with my family and friends. Thanks!

I have always ordered from here and always satisfied but this time around I really don’t care to much for the glasses they don’t fit my face correctly but reaching out to firmoo they have helped me out an solved my issues fast I greasing appreciate it so much an I will be back for future purchases you guys rock!!

Despite what appears to be overwhelmingly positive reviews of Firmoo's Customer Service, my experience was than ideal. Bought my glasses in late December. they were fine until about 4 months later when I discovered streaking throughout my lens's protective coating (Transisitional). I called to complain and ask for a simple "re-coating". This, they said was not possible. They offered me a free frame but, of course, that was not the problem. Even after I spoke to a supervisor, Firmoo would not consider a simple request to "recoat" the lenses.
