La mia esperienza non è soddisfacente, gli occhiali anche se sono della misura corretta scendono giù e per me non è possibile utilizzarli. Li posso tenere giusto per sostituire quelli che porto abitualmente.

Prima mi sono arrivati un paio di occhiali da sole e non da vista. Contattati tramite paypal, negano e dicono che devo aver fatto un ordine io da qualche altra parte e non rispondono più. Quando trasformo la pratica in reclamo, magicamente arrivano gli occhiali giusti. BOH.

I was told about Firmoo by a friend in December 2019. I quickly ordered my first pair of glasses. I was so happy with the first pair, I ordered a few more pairs. Received my glasses and I was pleased. Recently I ordered a pair of glasses and I have a high prescription so, I ordered 1.67 to get thinner lenses ( I paid extra ). I got the glasses and they were so thick. I contacted their customer service and sent a picture. They replaced the glasses with another pair but, I chose a different frame that I already own that I bought through Firmoo and they came with thin lenses as I chose and paid for. ( I would then have 2 pair of the same framed glasses). The 2nd pair came and the lenses were thick again after I paid for thin lenses. I gave up and didn’t say anything. I’m not going to keep going back and forth. When I already have several pairs of glasses and selected the thin lense option and have no thickness problem with those. I have now gone somewhere else.
