FirmooReviews of firmoo.com

I've never had a bad experience buying from Firmoo, even when the glasses aren't exactly what I was I was expecting (usually my fault, by not checking the details properly), but usually, I get exactly what I'm looking for. The site is very detailed to make it as easy as possible to buy glasses remotely, and the customer service is great in case you run into issues. I've tried other sites and liked them too, but generally prefer Firmoo's selection. Overall, great website!

I ordered two pairs of glasses - my first purchase from Firmoo. I am very happy with the pair I got for computer use. They fit well and the prescription is perfect. The second pair of glasses (progressives), however, is to too large and falls down my nose immediately. Firmoo sent a set of silicone "stoppers" but they themselves are so loose that they won't even stay on the glasses. I wish someone had paid attention and sent a smaller pair that would actually fit the glasses. For now I have wound some elastics around the arms but I'm looking for a better solution. Any suggestions?

Customer Service is UNMATCHED! Firmoo has the absolute best customer service ever! They have been prompt and comprehensive in their response to issues I have had with my glasses. I will use Firmoo over and over again.

Kate was a great help and solved my issue immediately! I also greatly appreciate her checking in when I didn't respond to the initial email. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Thank you again!

I initially received an order with frames that had become warped and didn’t fit well. Firmoo replaced the order free of charge even when I could no longer locate the original glasses to return. Very pleased with the replacement! Quality is great and the prescription is perfect. I highly recommend!

Have ordered several times and have always received fantastic customer service. Arrival time takes a while, but for the price they are worth the wait. Good quality frames. Clear lenses. Definitely will keep ordering.

I am very happy with the glasses. I am from South Africa. 😊😊 I'm definitely gonna use FIRMOO always!
