AMAZING service. I needed to do an exchange and the process couldn't have been more seamless! I love my sunglasses and the lenses are my EXACT prescription spot on. The prices also cannot be beat! I lost my sunglasses while boating and am re-ordering another pair because they are SO cool and inexpensive, yet look like $500 glasses. LoVE FIRMOO and their service!!!!

The best thing about Firmoo is their customer service! Whether it is a confusion of choosing a lens or an issue with ordering or you want an edit in your order or a return you would like to initiate or anything at all, they are always ready to help you and provide you with the best of service! The glasses are really nice and worth it. Unfortunately, for me, the lenses were not as good as I was expecting (in terms of the prescription only, not in terms of quality)! Nevertheless, it is worth buying a pair they have a decent variety to offer!

I was excited about firmoo and the glasses I got were very cute and fit my face perfectly, but unfortunately this didn’t last long. The quality is not great. All 3 pairs I’ve purchased became so loose so quickly, and the tool they give you does not work. I could not get any of the 3 glasses yo tighten with the tool whatsoever. I also get multiple pairs incase something may happen to one of them, I am guaranteed I will be able to see since I have a very strong script, but all 3 fall off my face easily, anytime I bend down/over and when sweating they are constantly falling of my nose. I have a demanding job where I am sweating often and must be able to see, so this is very difficult and upsetting. It has been past the 60 days and I honestly just haven’t thought about writing a review until now when I saw some other reviews.

I am so pleased with their customer service. The glasses weren’t right for me but they processed my return in a timely manner and we’re very polite. Would recommend!
