I have ordered prescription lenses on three different occasions, twice in the U.S. and once in the U.K. Glad that they ship to most countries, although I wish they had a faster shipping option than FedEx international to Great Britain that takes a week. I was very satisfied with my last two lenses although the first time around my frames were too big for my face and made me dizzy. When I add blue light blocking and anti-reflective coating the entire order with shipping is $50 or less.

I am happy with my first purchase and the overall service at Firmoo. The assistance on the livechat is always amazing, they offer real-time assistance and are always prompt with all questions. My pair of glasses match what I saw on the website and were delivered in good condition. Overall value for money. The one thing to improve would be a clear-to-follow outline or guide to customs and generally what to expect. Someone requested a copy of my ID via a call, and this made me a bit uneasy initially since I wasn't sure if this was standard process.

My glasses arrived with no damages, the prescription is perfect and the shipping was fast. I will definitely be using this website again.
