glasses arrived on time and in perfect condition. one pair felt a little off, and upon discussing with customer support, we came to the conclusion that it was because my prescription is too strong for glasses that big and round. the other pair was perfect, prescription sunglasses - they do help with daylight glare but aren't polarized so don't look straight up at the sun! overall, satisfied with this experience at this price point.

Compré 1 par que me salió por unos 42€ un poco con miedo a ver cómo venían, subí mi graduación a la web y espere 1 mes a que llegarán, quizá esto es lo peor, el tiempo que tardan pero vienen de China, lo cual al final es normal. Al llegar me las puse un poco con miedo por el tema de la graduación y chapó, exactamente iguales que las mías de óptica, geniales. Recomiendo comprar, almenos mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, muy contenta.

Ho ordinato un po' dubbiosa due occhiali progressivi, miopia e presbiotria, dove in negozio solo per un paio mi avevano chiesto la cifra di 400 euro. Ho scelto le lenti base, perché in qualche modo volevo provare. Intanto l*assistenza clienti è top, hanno risposto in modo esauriente a tutte le mie domande e nel giro di una ventina di giorni mi sono arrivati gli occhiali, come da ricetta che gli avevo inviato. Per entrambi ho speso meno di 130 euro con due montature molto particolari. Sono tre giorni che li porto, sono molto comodi, vedo benissimo e sono esattamente come apparivano in foto. Non posso che dare una valutazione super positiva della mia esperienza, e continuerò a farmi fare gli occhiali da loro. Compresi quelli da sole.

I spent like $350 on this company. My first frames were the best, they are what gained my trust in Firmoo. They sat normally and didn't shake around and I've been wearing them for 3 years now. A year later, I ordered another pair of frames. They were terrible, stuck out so far from my face, causing all kinds of distortion, AND the arms on the glasses were SO loose that they could not be tightened, and they constantly moved around on my face, needing incessant attention to reposition on my nose every second I wore them. The arm was literally dangling off, not staying put behind my ears, and I tightened the screws and even tried to replace the screws. Nothing worked. Even Lenscrafters where I took them said something was wrong with the arms and how they were manufactured. I spent $200 on those, why they would ship me defective glasses is beyond my understanding. I was not happy so I messaged Firmoo, they offered to issue a refund or send me a new pair of my choice, which I went for the second pair because I wanted another pair of glasses to wear, but the second pair they sent was crooked and to this day they sit lopsided on my face and I don't see very well when I do wear them. Plus, the lenses have a yellow tint and I don't know why. I could not get a refund because the choice was either a refund (not even a full refund - they refused to refund shipping on defective glasses) or a new pair of glasses, which they still screwed up. I lost money on glasses I can't wear and will never buy here again. Since I get new glasses every year, they're literally missing out of thousands of dollars they could have made from me, which I will now take to a local eyewear store with a full money-backed guarantee. I recently got some beautiful Michael Kors ones with transitions at Lenscrafters, got for sale half price, paid only $110 and couldn't be happier with them! Learned my lesson and won't be buying ANY prescription eyewear online anymore.
