The representatives from Firmoo worked with me to replace lenses that were not quite right for my eyes. They were willing to give me a chance to get a more current prescription from an upcoming appointment. I have found that this company will do whatever is necessary (within their guidelines) to help a customer.

Shyla, the person who showed great skill, knowledge and patience to help me through the purchase of reading and distance glasses. Carefully checking the measurements even to the point of taking my photo of my old glasses and boxing in red what needed rechecking. At the end giving me a great discount on all the glasses. Esperienza positiva molto. Ero scettica visto che in negozio ti fanno un sacco di prove per centramento e ultima volta hanno anche sbagliato, ho pensato che chissà cosa mi arrivava on line!! Perfetti , centrati e ci vedo benissimo ad un prezzo irrisorio rispetto al negozio . Anche staff gentile e professionale. Molto soddisfatta . Ne comprerò altri.

Firmoo, as always, has the best customer service for an online Glasses platform. They have quick mail service, even to Hawaii! Things I can say about their vast selection is that they are trendy, and always in season. I have been a loyal customer for close to 8 years now and don't go anywhere else. Their quality with the price is unbeatable. Other online glasses stores I've tried have either been too expensive (since I have children and go through a few pairs a year) or too flimsy at a low price.

Love my glasses. I found the ordering process easy to follow, delivery was timely and my order was well packaged. Only problem I had was choosing! Great job Firmoo!

Really awesome experience purchasing from Firmoo for the first time. I am a blind bat with astigmatism so I could never purchase prescription glasses online but I did my research and purchased my first pair from Firmoo for $65.81 to test if my research was right and oh boy, I am so happy to announce that my theory was right! I had done the research and tweaked the prescription myself so it doesnt require anything past what online purchases will allow you to select which is usually -4.50. What I've discovered - the CYL isnt too important. Just select the max if your eyesight surpases a CYL of -4.50. I am usually R) -4.75 and a L) -5.25 but selected -4.50 for both my eyes. I found that it is the SPH, AXIS and PD that needs to be copied over from your original script. These numbers regardless of how extreme they are, can usually be selected when purchasing online. I would recommend that anyone who wants to give online purchases a shot, to go with Firmoo. Clearly are ok but Firmoo always have new user deals which means that their frames can be purchased for free depending on the ones you choose. Their free range is actually pretty decent but I paid just a little under NZ$16 for the frames that I wanted. On top of that, I paid for shipping and the lenses which were: GLASSES TYPE: INTERMEDIATE Lens: Thin Spheric(1.56) + NZD$8.85 COATINGS: Anti-Fog Coatings + NZD$23.16 Sub-Total: NZD$74.92 Express shipping: NZD$24.95 Discount(7xxxxxxxx9): -NZD$34.05 Total: NZD$65.81 Purchased on Sunday 16/10/22 and my glasses arrived on Monday 31/10/22. If you decide to use my research to buy your first pair online, go with Firmoo. They contacted me over the phone to ensure that the SPH on my left eye was indeed + and the right was - before proceeding to manufacture them. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again. Edit to respond to Firmoo: While I understand that there may be issues if a person sways from what their prescription says, I am going to stand by my review by sharing what I have discovered. For too long (particularly here in NZ), Optometrists have been ripping us off and telling people like myself that I cannot purchase anywhere else because my eyesight is too bad. I had bought a pair through Clearly using my older script with numbers that I could use to purchase glasses online. I broke them 2 years ago but recently, my partner mended them by gluing them back together. I then discovered that I can actually see better through those glasses so I did my research. Why was I charged $600 on two different occasions by both Specsavers and Oscar Wiley for glasses that make my vision worse? and that's when I discovered that the CYL is increased by some Optometrists to lock customers into only buying from them. To get the perfect pair from you guys, I merged the prescriptions and now I own the best pair I've ever owned. My vision is sharp through the pair I ordered through you. As a registered nurse, I feel that it is my personal mission to reveal any of my findings especially if it's going to save people hundreds of dollars. I do know a thing or two about the anatomy and pathophysiology of the eye so I stand by my review. I will still be purchasing from you guys because I know that being a corporation that there are many layers that we as consumers don't see including getting sued for sharing or supporting my advice. I also understand that people who make a mistake by altering their prescription, will try to get you to correct them free of charge if it doesnt work out for them. So, here is my disclaimer - do not try altering the CYL if you are not prepared to pay for such a test like I have. I purchased the cheapest glasses online by going through Firmoo just to test my theory and obviously for me, it worked :)

I thought they were going to be some jive glasses. Kid type glasses, easily breakable, cheap looking, etc and to my surprise they were the complete opposite! I have bought a total of 4 pair within the month. And I plan on buying more.
