I havent received the order yet, delivery seems to take forvever. The tracking info is a bit all over the place, i can see they have been in ireland since the 17th november and still have not been delivered. So defintely dont use if you need them in a hurry.

Love the customer service here at Firmoo even when issues are out of their hands or even sometimes customer error they do what they can to fix it! I know some people complain about some of the frames and durability but come on for the price point you can't really beat it. I love Firmoo and they are my go to whenever I need glasses.

100% thought these reviews were fake because the glasses are so cheap compared to Specsavers but mine had just arrived and I can see perfectly. I have a strong and uneven prescription. I can see from the reflection the blue light filter is on too. Took around 15 days to get here and the tracker didn't update a lot but I am genuinely surprised and delighted. Will be buying again! Advice: MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR CORRECT PD or they'll be off

Customer Service regarding the remake of my glasses was wonderful. I ordered 2 pairs and something went wrong in processing and I could not see and felt very dizzy. They remade my order at no charge to me and shipped 2 new pairs out very quickly. I followed the suggestions of the rep Restina to ensure that I was ordering the correct size frame for my prescription and measuring properly. I am very happy with my glasses and they are perfect. Restina was patient and informative and very knowledgeable. She sent me advice and instructions. No more dizziness or tripping. Thank you so much. She is a wonderful customer service rep and clearly cares about the customer's satisfaction. I have no doubt I would not have had the same outcome if she hadn't helped me so patiently. Thank you!!
