Their glasses are cute, and affordable. They come in many different styles. I personally like the over-the-top statement glasses in funky colors. I have ordered several times from them and have loved every single pair I received. I highly recommend them!

I ordered a pair of glasses and when I received them, I didn’t like how they looked on me. I requested a refund on the Firmoo website and within 12 hours I received a response AND refund initiation email. Karen, the customer service associate, also told me not to worry about returning the glasses, as a one time courtesy. Amazing turnaround time and service.

Even with all of the good reviews here, I will admit I was skeptical at first when ordering from Firmoo. But I’m so glad I did! Took about 10 days to get my glasses and the quality is lovely. They came in a little box which included a pouch and cleaning cloth. Glasses look exactly as pictured and real reviews with photos on the website really help to guess how large they would look on your face. Super happy and will definitely order more, especially as they are a fraction of the cost of the frames in the opticians.
