I have now purchased 11 pairs of glasses from Firmoo over a three year time period, and I cannot recommend them enough. I could not adjust to the first pair. Turns out, I had entered part of my prescription wrong. I notified customer service that I needed to return them, and they told me to donate them and issued a full credit so I could order them correctly. I was sold from that moment on. Every pair of glasses I've gotten have been on par with the quality of $200-$300 frames in the store, and the lenses are an even better value. I was recently quoted $450 for a pair of cheap frames with progressive lenses with the coatings I needed. I bought a higher quality pair from Firmoo for $88 with a coupon code. I joined their facebook group where they have frequent contests and giveaways, and I have won 3 pairs of free glasses in 2022 alone just from posting pictures of myself in their frames. They really care about their customers, and while I understand people have doubts about buying glasses sight unseen from a company in China (we all have Shein and Wish stories...LOL), I can confidently say that Firmoo is the real deal. I recommend them to everyone who compliments my eyewear, and that happens frequently.

Loved all the frame options, light they are, and the quality of the lenses. They clean well and are comfortable. Everything was easy, shipping was timely, and the customer was overall great. Will buy from here again!
