Very dependable, glasses got her safe. I love the quality of the lenses. They don't chip, peel, scratch. This is my second pair. My first fell in a donation box and I did not know it until after all the boxes had been delivered. I have recommended firmo to many people. Great quality.

The Firmoo support staff is excellent! They had noticed that I had input a prescription that was different from a previous prescription and reached out to me to confirm that it was correct. Also, I had accidentally shipped my glasses to an old address, and when I reached out to Firmoo to see if they had been returned to them, they responded within only a few hours and helped me resolve the issue with no problem. Even with my snafu of entering the incorrect address for my shipment, I received my glasses very quickly. Beyond that I absolutely love my glasses! They look so high end and chic chic.
