Customer service is superb but my last 2 pairs have been utter rubbish with lenses falling out and screws coming out, and i only bought them in December?

Ho fatto L'ottico con mio negozio per 50 anni,e dopo la chiusura dell'attivita'dovuta all'eta di pensione,mi sono rivolto da un collega per degli occhiali progressivi,giacche' li usavo da decenni,risultato sbagliati.Mi sono rivolto ad altra societa'che si fa' tanta pubblicita',prezzo pattuito all'ordine,aumentato al ritiro,ottico senza colpe (societa')ho voluto provare FIRMOO,anche sapendo che era Cinese,e avendo constatato durante la mia attivita'che ditte Italiane,producevano in Cina,con prezzi di produzione Italiana,ho ordinato occhiali progressivi con lenti di ultima generazione(a campo largo per vicino):arrivati in 20 giorni,montaggio perfetto montature di ottima qualita'il tutto con piena soddisfazione.Complimenti FIRMOO.Ci sentiremo a presto.

I love the quality of glasses, I have very bad vision and it is hard to find frames that fit the size lens I need. All the frames I have purchased have been made well and are so cute on! There is so much variety to choose from which made finding something I loved really easy. When a frame I wanted was unable to hold my lens, the team was very helpful in providing links to glasses that would be available to me, and responsive when my order needed to be changed. I won’t go anywhere else to buy my glasses!
