Stylish frames and outstanding customer service .

I've been using this company for years with no issues and I love the product. Recently I had to use customer service for the first time. They treated me as if I'm a dumb alien that's never used glasses before. Ignorantly suggesting things with no knowledge of customer history or understanding themselves of how glasses work. The glasses literally were making me cross eyed. Something about how the lenses were made made them unwearable. They took my money and can not process my order for new glasses. They have not even refunded me at least. When all I wanted was a repair. Not even a refund. It seems they were solely focused on keeping my money instead of helping me.

They guided me through step by step, very patiently and in a way to make you feel very comfortable. We will probably be placing more order with them in the very near future.

Excellent service, product and price. Would HIGHLY recommend and I will definitely be using them again. Spent €90 on glasses in Specsavers (loyal customer for 15+ year) and they were much too big for me, kept falling off my face, when I said it to them they were not helpful. Glad I tried this company.
