I'm incredibly impressed with Firmoo. Having a high prescription means buying glasses from high street opticians is very expensive for me. I ordered 3 pairs for the cost of a single high street pair from Firmoo. Delivery took just a couple of weeks (express), and all the glasses are beautiful and feel well made. The lenses are perfect and all feel very comfortable. One pair weren't quite right for my face, and customer service immediately sent me a voucher to use for a replacement pair, with no need to send back the original glasses. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Firmoo again as they have a huge choice of gorgeous frames at low prices, my order was perfect and their customer service is top notch. Thank you!

Online glasses shopping is hard to get right, but I think Firmoo will be my go-to from now on. I have a very heavy prescription and they have many affordable options. Their glasses being much cheaper than their competitors made me worried, but they delivered timely. Additionally, their customer service was quick to respond to their Return/Exchange policy. I was worried I would have to refund since the glasses I ordered didn't match what I wanted since it's online and all, but their policy makes it very hassle and worry-free.

It was super easy to order glasses here and the prices were hard to beat! My glasses are awesome!

Firmoo is amazing! For someone like me who has a high prescription, it can be difficult to find affordable glasses due to the cost of thinning but with firmoo I can get stylish glasses with any added extras I need for a really reasonable price. Their customer service is 5 star and my glasses always turn out accurately fitted and with the correct prescription despite them not seeing me in person. It does take a little longer for delivery but it’s worth it.

I had already received my wonderful glasses but was surprised to see a personalized email from the Firmoo support team a couple weeks after just making sure I had indeed received them and that they came in good condition! I’m assuming the team maybe never got a delivered message from the carrier so they reached out to make sure I had them with no problems! You can’t get better customer service than that!

I’m am very pleased with my two pairs of eye glasses! Nice quality. I plan to purchase more in the future!!!!

Dopo un po’ di remore ho deciso di ordinare da questo sito 3 paia di occhiali graduati tra cui un paio da sole! Miglior scelta di sempre!! Ho speso in totale 120 euro, prezzo che avrei speso probabilmente solo per un paio di lenti. La qualità dei prodotti arrivati è ottima e le lenti hanno la giusta gradazione (cosa che mi preoccupava maggiormente essendo fortemente miope). Servizio clienti anche eccellente, ho avuto ritardi nell’arrivo del pacco (ci ha messo 3 settimane ad arrivare) e loro sono stati velocissimi a rispondere e a dirmi dove potevo trovare tutte le info del mio pacco. Consiglio davvero a tutti quelli che amano un po’ di stile senza voler spendere un patrimonio in occhiali!
