Professional and excellent customer service

The frames I received had unusually narrow nose pads which were nearly straight up and down. They were uncomfortable on my average width nose. I contacted customer service and they were great! They gave me a coupon for the full price of the glasses, though I had gotten a BOGO discount on the second pair I am keeping. I didn't even have to pay to send them back or submit photos for documentation. WOW! Also, the lenses I have gotten from them are usually quite nice; much better than other cheap online glasses.

I loved the experience and the products! I made a mistake with my lenses, the chat experience was flawless!!
