Great experience and great customer service. Quality products too

Silvano

I'm pleased by the product performance both the frames and the lenses. The website is nice and effective, I used a desktop pc to browse it for the first time and I found it clever and easy to navigate. The shipment was fast, with an effective packing.

I've used this company many times in the past and like there glasses. I had an issue with an order and the customer service agent was quick to respond and answered and resolved my concern quickly and completely. I highly recommend Firmoo.

They went above and beyond when they spotted my prescription had changed to contact me and help me check, then they even noticed a typo I had made on my pupil difference, I am beyond grateful for their careful checking. The glasses are outstanding , top notch quality brilliant value ,and beautiful I honestly can't speak highly enough of them. And will always use them. When I have used uk cheap opticians I have not been able to see with the glasses. But firmoo are PERFECT ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

I love Firmoo! I’ve ordered with this company for a few years now. I recently received a pair of frames I purchased that were much larger on my face than I expected…so the actual fit, was a tad too big. I reached out to return said glasses hoping to swap that pair out for another. I was quickly notified by a stellar team member named Karen✨ I received a coupon code for a new pair of glasses & lens for the full amount I initially paid & was also told as a courtesy… I could keep the frames that didn’t fit. Karen also provided me with information on locations globally that accept donated glasses. —Since the frames were a little big for my facial structure… I plan to donate them with hopes that they will be the perfect fit for someone else. Karen also provided a size guide with pointers & tips on how to measure glasses going forward. (Which I will surely use!) I was contacted in such a timely manner with such excellence service I NEEDED to leave a review. Karen was awesome! She provided me with a coupon, useful tips & all the feedback that I needed. Again… thank you so much Karen! 🙌🏾 I LOVE Firmoo & will continue to purchase both my frames & lens with this amazing company. Wishing the team a very happy Thanksgiving! 💛

This is my first experience with Firmoo. So far their communication has been abysmal. I have tried their 24/7 chat over a dozen times on multiple pages and it will not come up at all. There is nothing on my machine that would prevent it from opening. I have tried the phone during business hours and that was useless. After paying for expedited shipping they seem to be stuck somewhere. After not being able to get a response by phone or chat I finally tried email. I got a response about five hours later and after that the email updates came fast and furious. The communication went from abysmal to almost over the top. I would have changed the rating to a five but I cannot honestly do that unless do something about the chat and email.
