Update:11/30/23:It's just absolutely heartbreaking to have my glasses arrive here and not only are they misleadingly too big but they sent me frames with hinges that are loose and will come apart really fast. I don't know if they were returned and repaired and resold to me but the the right hinge is especially loose. I tried to tighten it and it basically did nothing so it sounds like where it screws into is stripped. Who sends people jacked up glasses? Firmoo does. Upset is gone it's just tears now, it's not like I chose to wear glasses. It's what I have to do to see. I waited weeks and I was sent crap and now I'm stuck with them. The best I can say is the lenses are nice and I like the style but they won't last. When they break I have to wear my other ones that are the wrong prescription. Ask a doctor what it does to the eyes to wear the wrong prescription. My glasses were suppose to be here today, they were scheduled for today. I just checked the tracking and now it says two days from today. So they will now be three days late while I deal with blurry vision due to their slow shipping. At this point I would most definitely NEVER reorder again on the extremely important principal that they obviously don't give a damn about people's vision, only money. I cannot have my account say the opposite of what reps tell me which my glasses are on the way but yet there literally is no record of it being shipped. A couple hours later the chinese shipping claims it's on the move with generic updates but they are refusing to tell me where it is currently located. One rep told me when it enters the U.S it will go to California and then New Jersey (completely bypassing me and making me wait longer) before being shipped to me. Completely false because it arrived in Chicago and ZERO tracking since. I'm not an impatient person but I am struggling with blurry vision because I was given a new prescription but also I need the tracking to be consistent especially when I got a new prescription and am dealing with blurry vision and other eye issues because I'm not wearing the correct glasses because of firmoo. That is the whole point of tracking numbers. How do they not know where THEIR product is at so they don't lose money? At this point unless they are willing to answer my very simple questions and making people struggle with vision issues because they don't want to ship my glasses in a timely fashion (O prefer usps but speedpak,fedex or ups would have been here by now) I will not be reordering from firmoo. Right out the door they need to be more transparent with their promotions (no, the terms and conditions are not displayed properly no matter what they claim, they need to be right under the display banner not hidden away) but SOME of the promotions are good. I like their affordable prices. We need more companies like firmoo that offer lots of selection and affordable prices. Everyone knows with designer glasses you are paying extra for the name and not necessarily better quality. They need to offer more glasses with magnetic clip on sets. (sunglass frames that magnetically attach to glasses) They are the up and coming for people that can't afford separate sunglasses, don't want to mess/keep track of with another set all summer and also don't want traditional clip on sunglasses. (but their traditional clip on have rubber pads on them so that's good) Most reps just want to parrot the tracking numbers even after I ask them not to because I already have my tracking numbers when I contact them and ask them to get the tracking updated so they don't even respect customers or their requests. Several times reps have said well the tracking is up to the courier. Yes it is, and firmoo hand picked the courier and have their number/email on speedial. Customers aren't naive, they know how business works. The great reviews are very misleading for me at this point because I have not had a good experience so far. If you want an experience like mine then by all means order.

Je n avais pas de deuxième paire de lunettes de vue car trop chère. J ai commandé sur firmoo et suis tellement ravie. Lunettes identiques à celles achetées chez l opticien en ville. Je suis bluffée par le prix et la qualité. Je recommande vraiment et rapidité de réception ( 15 jours).
