I ordered two pairs of glasses that arrived promptly. Sadly the prescription wasn’t correct, but the amazing customer service quickly responded and provided me with a full refund, without any fuss. I didn’t even have to send them back, instead I was provided with a link on where I could donate them so that they didn’t go to waste. And I must add, the glasses looked great and felt like they were sturdy and good quality. I will definitely give firmoo another go, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pair of glasses!

Diskussionen ohne Ende Man muss bei der Bestellung Expresslieferung nehmen. Bei der Rücksendung wieder Porto bezahlen und bekommt die Mehrwertsteuer auch nicht zurück. Bevor eine Rücksendung akzeptiert wird, wird ewig diskutiert. Ich hatte eine normale Rücksendung und eine defekte Brille zur Reklamation. Es ist nervig, tagelang zu kommunizieren, wenn man deutlich dargelegt hat, was man wünscht. Die Krönung ist der Abzug der Mehrwertsteuer. Der zeitliche Aufwand für diese Kommunikation soll wohl zum Aufgeben animieren. Finger weg von Firmoo! Wenn alles passt, geht es. Birgit Köhler
