I absolutely love this company, the deals that I was able to include in my order was amazing and it made it possible for me to be able to get my fiance an added gift(I was able to add a pair of clip-on sunglasses for him)these glasses were perfect, the color and size are exactly what I was hoping they would be, and the order also came earlier so it was actually before Christmas instead of it being after(like the shipping date had stated) so my fiance got his NEW glasses for Christmas and he loves them, he looks amazing in them and he also loves the added bonus of getting the clip-on sunglasses! I will definitely be buying from here again, whenever I have to get my glasses! Very happy customers!

Sono veramente scioccata dalla professionalità e gentilezza di questo shop. Ho ordinato degli occhiali in data 04/01, arrivati il 9/01 con la spedizione express. Purtroppo per motivi o di montatura, di lenti o di mio adattamento alla lente, gli occhiali non andavano bene. Sono stata aiutata da Anj dell'assistenza clienti, che dopo qualche domanda per verificare la mia situazione mi ha proposto, (essendo il mio primo ordine nel quale segnalo un problema), un rimborso totale. First instance usps didnt deliver my order properly and they offered me a full exchange or refund. Second time i had to contact them was due to manufacturer issue with the lens. I was expecting to have to send the glasses back but they were polite and told me that since it was my first time ordering with them that i could keep them. Overall they have been incredibly kind and patient!

Absoluter Billigschrott aus China Die Pakete kommen alle aus China. Ich habe drei Brillen bestellt. UND JEDE EINZELNE war billig und unstabil. Das Unternehmen ist sehr unseriös! Werben mit Rückgaberecht machen dann aber einen riesen Film draus und man muss sich ewig mit denen rumschlagen! Einfach nicht bestellen und lieber zu Fielmann gehen oder online bei Brille24 oder so. Aber diesen Billischrott NIE WIEDER!
